Refund policy

We hope that you love everything you order from us! However, if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. 

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare, body products, or oils.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email officialtheskinbag@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll get it sorted quickly.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at officialtheskinbag@gmail.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Lost Orders

All orders are shipped tracked and signed for.

  • Claims of non-receipt will be verified with carrier records before any refund or replacement is issued.
  • Refunds will only be processed once the courier investigation is complete.

 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty, damaged, or incorrect on arrival.
