Shipping Policy
Your Skin Bag is shipped quickly, securely, and directly from our hands to yours.
Orders in stock are packaged and dispatched Monday through Friday in 1-3 business days. On weekends and public holidays, we don't ship and processing can take a bit longer during our launch or sales. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and dispatched.
The Skin Bag is exclusively in the Republic of Ireland. All orders are shipped by DPD and they usually arrive two to four business days after they are shipped.
A confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your product ships.
Shipping RatesWe are committed to keeping shipping rates as affordable as possible. However, to provide a more reliable and consistent service, we have chosen to partner with a single courier. A €6.99 for all orders; signed and tracked delivery. Shipping costs are not refundable unless your item is defective or arrives damaged.
Missing or Damaged Orders
Any delivery disputes must be emailed to officialtheskinbag@gmail.com with your order number and pictures if your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of being shipped or if it arrives damaged. Prior to issuing refunds or replacements, all allegations of non-receipt will be checked against courier tracking information.
